\nThe back of the hotel doesn’t have any windows. Our hotel is actually only one room and a hallway(+stairs and utilities) thick. So every room has a view.<\/p>\n

\nWe’ve had a lot of people give us sidelong looks here in Galveston. Not as much in very touristy places like the hotel and restaurant. When KL went in a homeless man gave him a mean stare and then the clerk immediately started talking to KL about Chinese people the moment he walked up to the counter…KL said he wasn’t sure what the guy was actually trying to tell him.<\/p>\n

\nBack at the hotel. We decided to grab a few drinks before heading back up since the girls are asleep(KL’s parent’s are watching them). We went to the pool bar(but did not swim).<\/p>\n

\nWe decided to play a game where we ordered the other person’s drink, and then they had to guess which one off the menu it was after tasting it. \u00a0KL ordered me some berry old\u00a0 fashioned drink and I ordered him a dreamsickle drink.(harhar).<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Second round. This time we tried to order the same drink off the menu without telling each other what we were each trying to order. A tall order as it was a rather large drinks menu. As you can see, we did not make it. Bummers.<\/p>\n
