\nThe kids didn’t eat that well. I ate some of their food, it was delicious. The food was all very delicious actually.<\/p>\n

\nThe restrooms for Cipriani is located in the back stairwell.<\/p>\n

\nAttached to the back stairwell is also this super cool bar that I got to peek at. Too bad we’ve got the kids with us, would be a good cool place to grab a drink.<\/p>\n

\nPL asked why there’s such a short landing between the stairs and doors. Good question. It was a very tight fight and terrible design.<\/p>\n

\nThe NYC scaffolding that sometimes stays up for months and years. They’ve even got designer lights for this portion.<\/p>\n

\nReason why we are here. We promised the kids that we’d take them to a big toy store in NYC that they saw in the Home Alone 2 movie.<\/p>\n

\nThis place is actually pretty amazing for a toy store. They’ve got all these sales people demonstrating different toys.<\/p>\n

\nMake fake snow, just add water.<\/p>\n

\nAn entire section just for Barbie.<\/p>\n

\nThe funny thing is I bet some parents in NYC actually do buy this for this kids just because they thought it’d be fun.<\/p>\n

\nAlright, the kids got their toys that we promised them. They are happy, and we are happy that they are happy.<\/p>\n

\nSuccessful shopping trip in NYC. I wish I were my own kids sometimes.<\/p>\n

\nFake goods just openly flaunted on the streets.<\/p>\n

\nI’m always surprised these sellers don’t get busted for counterfeit goods.The police have bigger fish to fry?<\/p>\n

\nAhh, the good ol’ three card monte. I think the lady is the dress is the inside woman.<\/p>\n

\nI don’t have a small screw driver, but I do have a pair of nail clippers that have a file just small enough to twist the screw open.<\/p>\n

\nSuccess. Little KL is so excited about his little drone. He’s wanted one for a while, and I figured it’d be fun to get him one in NYC as a special occasion. Let’s see how long it lasts until he either grows tired of it or breaks it…we shall see.<\/p>\n

\nHe is very very excited about it though.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nMore people equals more devices. We bring our own charging station when we travel.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nPost nap time, it’s time to head out. But before dinner, we are going to visit Empire State Building. There’s timed entry for our tickets, and since everyone wants to see the sunset, we can either book it at around 5:30 or after 7pm. 7pm is too late for us, so 5:30 right before dinner for us.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nHere we go.<\/p>\n

\nBecause they’ve gone to a timed entry tickets now, you no longer have to wait in the super long snaking line to go up. I will say, that’s kind of nice about this timed entry.<\/p>\n

\nI wonder if they’ll repurpose all this line space in the building someday. Instead of standing waiting space, it’s now just a long winding walkway.<\/p>\n

\nWhy would they make an exhibit like a fake elevator so that people wonder if they can walk through it?<\/p>\n

\nToo the elevators. That was relatively painless compared to previous visits here when I had to wait probably over an hour.<\/p>\n

\nThe kids were impressed by the TV screen on the ceiling of the elevator.<\/p>\n

\nFirst to the 80th floor, then another elevator to 86th.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nNow to 86th.<\/p>\n

\nLittle KL was scared of coming outside.<\/p>\n

\nEventually he came out when he saw his sisters looking through the binoculars, which are now free to look through. I guess no one carry coins with them anymore.<\/p>\n

\nNot quite tall enough to see while standing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nThe kids weren’t as impressed as I thought they would be in all honesty. I guess times have changed and they are no longer as impressed by the same things that I was impressed with.<\/p>\n

\"\"I still think this is pretty cool.<\/p>\n

\nLook, our hotel and Bryant Park.<\/p>\n

\nAlright, been there done that now. Let’s head down.<\/p>\n

\nWalked through a Starbucks Reserve.<\/p>\n

\nDinner spot, it’s located in a basement.<\/p>\n

\nDoh, it’s popular and by the time we got here there’s no more tables for us. Really wanted to eat here though. Good thing there’s no shortage of restaurants here to eat at.<\/p>\n

\nPeople smoking weed all around Bryant Park in NYC. They also just sell it out of back of vans here. How times have changed.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nLet’s try this spot for dinner.<\/p>\n

\nI hope it’s good.<\/p>\n

\nLittle KL has become an octopus fan. He requested this.<\/p>\n

\nLittle KL giving me a shoulder massage. I need to eat less to shrink my midsection .<\/p>\n

\nAfter dinner, RL took the kids back to the hotel and I went to Whole Food right across from Bryant Park to buy some breakfast items. This way tomorrow morning the kids will have breakfast to eat while RL and I try to sleep in a little. One can hope.<\/p>\n

\nLove Bryant Park.<\/p>\n

Been a long day, tomorrow we’ll try to take it a little slower.<\/p>\n
