\nLet’s get going. We were slow to get up this morning, still jetlagged.<\/p>\n

\nDown the tube we go<\/p>\n

\nAnd as quickly we go down, we go. The kids’ breakfast of champions, baguette.<\/p>\n

\nPretty accurate sun dial.<\/p>\n

\nI chuckled.<\/p>\n

\nThe Tower of London, which we will not visit this trip. Just too much to see and not enough time and energy with the kids.<\/p>\n

\nBut hey, they get to see the outside of it.<\/p>\n

\nThe ticket lines for Tower of London actually doesn’t look too bad right now. I bet it’s still super crowded inside though.<\/p>\n

\nThe kids decided they wanted to walk around the moat….I guess we’ll do that then.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nIt’s hard work traveling with kids.<\/p>\n

\nOh look, what do we have on the other side of the moat, Tower Bridge.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s hard to take photos with children. 0 for 3 on getting them to look at the camera this time.<\/p>\n

\nThere, better. LKL, Smile and stop being a poopoo.<\/p>\n

\nLKL still being a poopoo about taking photos. He’s been having a hard time.<\/p>\n

\nFine, let’s just take a photo with the girls for this one.<\/p>\n

\nPL really wanted to see the gap where the bridge splits in half when tall boats go by.<\/p>\n

\nPL and the splitting point. I told the kids they can straddle the two sides and feel it moving when cars go over the road.<\/p>\n

\nThat’s some brown water.<\/p>\n

\nCan’t decide which photo I like the best, so posted them all.<\/p>\n

\nWe both get super touched out by the end of the day by the kids. They just pull, tug, push, jump on us all day long.<\/p>\n

\nKids points. They are pointing to the London Bridge, which the Tower Bridge is often mistakenly called.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nBorough market right up ahead.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nOh, it’s crowded. RL says it was this crowded last time too.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nOh, it’s fucking crowded. This will be impossible for us to eat with the kids. Again, RL says it was this crowded last time.<\/p>\n

\nNo where to sit here so people just sit on the sidewalk.<\/p>\n

\nBorough Market is way too busy, we decided to eat at a tapas restaurant right next to the market. Nice and quiet in here.<\/p>\n

\nAnd our table is right above some pavement lights.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nYou see LKL’s little pouty face…yeah, it will not be easy feeding him lunch today.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nCrying. We told him he’s gotta eat everything on his plate. He’s had almost everything on his plate before and it’s food that he is usually ok with. But I guess he’s just being extra difficult today due to being tired from jetlag. Still gotta eat it!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\nRL had to feed him some of the food. I told him that I’ll take a photo of him being fed and show it to his friends…which he protested.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThen I snuck in this photo.<\/p>\n

\nHe notices. Eat your food!<\/p>\n

\nAfter lunch, we told the kids that we’d take them back to Borough Market to get something sweet as a dessert…probably a bad idea. It’s even more crazy crowded now.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThe girls wanted the chocolate covered strawberries…and there’s a line for them! It was a moderate line, but at least moved at a pretty quick clip. RL told me this has been a viral dessert for a bit now and doesn’t get why.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nI mean, they certainly think it’s worth the price of 9.5 pounds…so roughly $12.50!!!!<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThey did both really like it though (probably hard to guess that from Curie’s face though), so I guess that’s that. LKL chose a cup of watermelon juice, but was only lukewarm on it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nRL wanted to get some baked goods before leaving and then its time to get out of this super crowded market. It’s not fun shuttling 3 kids around in this crowd.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nWent to the train station to catch a train…then saw that there’s also taxis here…well, let’s take one of the famous London black cabs and save us some walking and gain an experience at the same time.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThe best thing about these London cabs is that they can seat 7 people with 6 in the back. Pretty awesome. Oh, and they are now also EVs.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThat modern looking building on the right is Charing Cross Station. Did not expect that until after I looked it up on maps.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nTrafalgar Square and Nelson’s Column.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nNo fucks given on curb rash.<\/p>\n

\"\"
\nAnd just like that, we are back! That cab ride was awesome and saved us a lot of walking and standing by taking the train. We’ve done a good bit of walking today and the kids are all getting tired, the adults too.<\/p>\n
